We offer two ways of construction for your custom modular home. 
The 1st is "Turn Key"... all you have to do is move in!   
We apply for all your building/mechanical permits and
inspections, and handle all your site improvements (such as
lot clearing, driveway, well, septic), crawl or basement
foundations, garages, porches, decks, and finishing your
 cape attic with bedrooms and bath.
               
Then we also offer "Owner Completion"  for any of those
homeowners with construction experience who want to save
money by rolling up their sleeves and take more of a
hands-on approach.
