We have been located in the Flatrock area of Powhatan, Virginia since 1999. We believe our strength is in our people. Our sales team and skilled workers and sub-contractors have been with us for many years, some as far back as the beginning. Another strength is our 25 year background in the mortgage industry. If you need assistance in finding the right lender or explaining any or all aspects of the mortgage process, it is our pleasure to help you.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. It starts from the beginning when we first meet to draw up plans on our hi-tech architectural software... customizing your plans... suggestions in choosing designer options and colors... and continues throughout the entire building process.
We offer two ways of construction for your custom systems-built home:
The first is "Turn Key"... all you have to do is move in! We apply for all your building/mechanical permits and inspections, and handle all your site improvements (such as lot clearing, driveway, well, septic), crawl or basement foundations, garages, porches, decks, and completely finishing your home.
We also offer "Owner Completion" for any of those homeowners with construction experience who want to save money by rolling up their sleeves and taking more of a hands-on approach.
